Quick, Brief Neuron Release
Last night,
I had the creative spark,
But was left out in the dark.
Last night,
Ideas were in my head,
Then all my memories fled?!
My notions said good-bye,
When I opened up my eyes,
I recalled nothing,
Even though I tried!
My mind's for rent,
The alarm clock will beep,
Thinking of things,
While half-asleep.
Quick, brief, neuron release!
My nighttime thoughts,
Slip away from me!
