Paying homage,
Ornaments crude and rare,
King Edward, "The Confessor,"
On a coronation chair.
"The Massacre of the Innocents,"
Hem of Jesus' robe,
It's compelling and courageous,
Like the patience of Job.
I see Him,
With mine eye,
I am certain,
That He is close by.
The life of the ascetic,
Empowered to talk,
The head of The Middle East,
Covered with white cloth.
